TERMS & CONDITIONS

The Location for your event can be decided in the confirmation email or WhatsApp consultation. All Services Include a setup and breakdown fee and require a 50% non-refundable deposit to secure your booking. Bookings need to be made at a minimum 3 weeks before the event date. If there happens to be a last-minute booking, it can only be confirmed based on what is requested and if we have all the resources to accommodate the event.

 

The service packages do not include catering, only finger food boards are included in the service package. However, if you would like catering you are welcome to book that separately or ask for suggestions.  If you choose not to include one of the finger food board choices, a 10% discount is available to you. You are required to notify us of any allergies or medical complications in your booking to ensure a comfortable experience.

 

All services that include parties of 2 and up will include activities (Board Games, Question Games, Active Games). Contact us for the Activities List. If requested, customization of items and gift bags/boxes can be included but would need to be done two weeks prior to the event date. Please note that these items will come at an extra cost.
